Fred Stevens
Chief Strategist and Co-Founder

Fred Stevens has over 20 years experience in consulting and healthcare; he was co-founder of Affinitas, a successful marketing and communications company specializing in CRM type marketing programs that help companies acquire, grow and retain business. Mr. Stevens’ healthcare experience started with Baylor Health Care System where he served as Director of Baylor's Contact Center, and later as  Assistant Vice President of Marketing. While at Baylor, Fred worked with hospitals across the country helping them establish contact centers deploying a variety of best practice solutions involving people, process and technology. Today, Mr. Stevens consults both domestically and internationally with a wide array of companies and healthcare systems on the importance of managing and expanding customer/patient relationships.
