The brief for this website re-design was to give it a more modern and clean look than the previous website. After looking at the analytics, it was also apparent that a good percentage of people were viewing the website on tablets and on smartphones, so a fully responsive website was needed to make the most of this.
The website design incorporates a translator that translates in to eight different languages, a fully functional responsive image slider, quick link to latest properties, a pop up data capture form, social media integration, as well as using feeds from an external source for property listings.
The back end has all the most common keywords included in the page titles, image tags and content. In a highly competitive market there is already improvement in the websites organic rankings, and work on this is continual.
The PPC campaign launched in February 2014 has seen a return of over 100 potential sales leads within the first month for a nominal budget. This continues to be managed and optimised. This ppc campaign has been bidding on in excess of 600 different keywords and using 18 plus different lead generating landing pages that are specifically designed to keep the cost per click low and the relevance high. As with all of the ppc campaigns that we manage, we continually analyse results, test new ad copy and keywords and then analyse and optimise again. This is a continual process.
